I know, there are monitors in a lab, in his "main base", which contain some "interesting" animations on them (like some sort of bacteria in Mister Sunshine's kind and maybe a brain of a valley villager), but i think that he might want to make smarter, but still as controllable robots. While real citizens won't be like that, and see all the pain he caused others. I think that he doesn't want real villagers here, but robots! He can order robots around more, and have them under control. He gathers resources for himself only, AND he is talking about perfect SunshineTown citizens, while a villager from forest and Eli are in a cage. Summary: Pikuniku is a puzzle-exploration game that takes place in a strange but playful world where not everything is as happy as it seems.
